QASI conducts gap analysis through external and internal assessments for entities implementing ISO 17025:2017, ISO 15189:2022, ISO 35001:2019, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 29001and ISO 17043. Such assessments are impartial and by competent professionals with demonstrated experience in auditing management systems based on ISO 19011. Assessments are aimed at determining whether all activities in the quality management system conform to the requirements of International Standard(s) and to the requirements established by the laboratory, and are implemented, effective, and maintained. Opportunities of improvement are raised with recommendation for action based on principle.
